Shannon Lea teaches weekly classes at venues across the San Francisco Bay Area, including the 9:20 Special, Wednesday Night Hop, and Shimmytown.

Shannon Lea is choreographer for and coach of Shimmytown's Solo Jazz Team "The Shimmytown Shouts" in San Francisco California, has choreographed routines for classes at San Francisco venues Shimmytown and the 9:20 Special and for the local dance troupe the Someday Sweethearts.

Shannon also performs original collaborative pieces, including with her troupe Fancy Pants (with Nicole Zuckerman and Ann Mony) and the Bay Area Mighty Five, a team assembled for the International Lindy Hop Championships 2017.
